A BIT ABOUT ME

Michelle was born and raised in Portland Oregon. She grew up surrounded by musicians, artists, and gardeners with a great expanse of nature to explore. She spent a great deal of time working with horses, building computers, and reading Shakespeare – whom she categorically blames for her inclination to run-on sentences.

While working towards her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Goddard College, she discovered M.E.T.A. (Mindful Experiential Therapeutic Approaches, LLC) and the Hakomi Institute of Oregon. The unique magic of these two communities became the container that allowed her to develop her work; her medicine.

What I do best
